 Our new invention for today is called iKettle, a smart water boiler controlled via your iPhone, firstly it connects to your home's WiFi network, then you can totally control it via a smart phone app which comes with it.


iKettle is really smart, it have 4 built-in temperature degrees 100,95,80 and 65.It also automatically prompts you in the morning to offer boiling water for morning drink.

 After you are back home from work, it detects your smart phone connected to the WiFi network again, so it again offers you some hot drink.

 iKettle also notifies you when the water is boiling, so you can go there and take your drink, or you can ask it to keep the water warm for sometime.


 The inventors of this new invention is Firebox company, and it is available to buy from their website at 99.99 euros.

Smart bike lock, your bike is safe alone!

We previously introduced some systems for home automation and security like piper home automation and security system, today we introduce this really cool invention Lock8.


Lock8 is a new invention for your bike, simply it is an ordinary cable lock, but with the amazing taste of technology.

Lock8 make a lot of noise when someone tries to cut the cable, it uses a smart way to know if someone is trying to cut. A weak electrical signal is traveling through the cable, so when this signal stops it knows that the cable is being cut.

Lock8 is provided with an SIM, so in case of the cable is being cut, it sends you a push notification, enabling you to save your bike.


Lock8 has a smartphone app which is used to enable you unlock your bike, so you can unlock it for some friend to ride even if you aren't there.

Lock8 started as a KickStarter project, the inventors provides us with two useful figures it think they are informative.

Back to our new gadgets, we introduce this simple-but-useful kitchen gadget, The rice cube maker, rice cube inventors picked a their slogan : "Let's make rice cool", i think you will agree with me that they are right!

 Ages ago till now many of us saw a car that flies in science fiction films, now we proudly present the real flying car.

A new hybrid car, with ordinary four ordinary wheels, inventor call them "Driving rings".

 Those inventors have made an intelligent design for this new invention, inside each driving ring they put a propeller.

 Using those propellers, the car is able to take off while running, no need to stop the car in order to start flying, and that makes it really amazing.

 The car is designed to walk easily on uneven and rocky roads, it is designed to minimize any damage can occur as a result to bad driving.

Have you tried helicopters ? do you know how complicated is it ? 

 Basically one problem of a helicopter is it is very complicated, that makes it difficult to maintain, which directly affects its level of safety and reliability.

 Today we introduce you to the new invention E-Volo a giant quad-copter with 18-roters.
 

This new invention started as a personal flight transporter by E-volo ( a German company ), it was a weird thing to think about it will be available for consumer one day.

E-volo finished its development phase of this new invention and produced this giant quad-copter.

Why E-volo volocopter invention is good?

E-volo as we mentioned is simpler in design, as well as having 18 roters, that makes it more reliable, because if one of those 18 went wrong the e-volo will not be affected, actually it will not be affected even if 2,3 or 4 went wrong!

 As well as reliability, E-volo is clean, it is considered an electric way of personal flight transporter, it also fits for two passengers.

 If you like bicycles, you will find this new invention : SEIL bag amazing and very helpful as it is your only way to communicate with other drivers on the road.

 SEIL bag enables you to show signs while riding your bicycle to drivers, that make riding bicycles more safe and lowers the likelihood of making accidents.


 Lee myung su, the designer of this new invention first introduced it as a project on kickstarter website for finding funders.

 The inventor aims to have 80,000$ as a fund to start his project for market.

 The new invention : SEIL bag is just a part of a new technology revolution which was started in 2010 by Lee myung su himself, he called it "Wearing technology".

 How can i control this bag ?
The bag is controlled by a smartphone app, available now on Android, using this app you can control what to show in the back of you smart SEIL bag.

While driving, you can use a wireless controller which enables you to control what to show, you can choose : the stop sign, the emergency sign or you can print a specific message.

 With its simple straight-forward design, the inventor Lee myung su was awarded the RedDot prize as one of the best designs in 2010.

 Soldiers put themselves in danger for us, that's why a British group of scientists developed a new plastic blood!
 

Researches in Sheffield university said that this new invention : Plastic blood can be very useful especially in battlefields and emergency.

This plastic blood is made of plastic molecules and iron molecules, it is like Hemoglobin which transports Oxygen over your body.

This plastic blood can be kept for a long time, lightweight and no need to keep it in low temperature, said the BBC.

Prof.lance twyman said : "We are very excited, about how can this plastic blood save many lives in battlefields and in emergency, we'll be able to keep this blood in a way that is much easier than natural blood".

 All of us knows Honda ( the famous car manufacturer ), not many people know that it also produce the legendary robot: Asimo.

 Today we introduce you a full report about asimo robot, i promise that this blog will be very interesting, and you will watch the videos times and times again.



 The following video presents some features in honda's asimo like:-
  1. Walking like humans and in a balanced way.
  2. It can notice obstacles and avoid it easily.
  3. Can walk with you holding your hand, and when you leave his hand he leaves you!!
  4. Can take things from you and deliver it to someone else.
  5. When it reaches this one it gives him the tea and leave when he makes greetings to it !

 As you may know that making a robot walk in a human-like and balanced way is a very difficult technical problem, but honda's engineers was able not to make Asimo walk in a balanced and human-like way only, but they make it able to climb the stairs easily!

The following video also indicates that :-
  1. Asimo can walk and it will not hit anyone walking!
  2. Asimo can walk on uneven ground easily.
  3. This new invention can recognize speech, not only when one person is talking, but it can recognize speech when many people are talking to it, and this is a real technical breakthrough!
  4. Asimo can welcom visitors and take them inside to show them the way!
  5. This new invention can talk in sign language, so it can talk with handicapped people in hospitals for example!
  6. It can open bottles.
  7. Asimo runs with a speed of 9 km/h.
  8. It can walk with one leg - which is difficult for a human - and this is another amazing engineering breakthrough.
  9. It can walk with one leg in a circular way, which is an impossible movement for a normal human!
  10. It can kick the ball, and i think it will soon be able to play football well, who knows !


Why this new invention is called asimo ?

Honda chose this name which stands for Advanced Step in Innovative Mobility.
